Photo of the week: Under the winter sun

Today it may be raining, but January was full of those sunny days we call Halcyon days. I saved this for a rainy day:

The Agora of Athens as seen from the hill of Thisseion. On the right, the Acropolis, on the left, the Stoa of Attalus and in the back the blue massive of Mt. Hymmetus. For some of the trees, it is still winter; for others spring has already come.
